Output to Mini DV

I will be filming my first music video in the next month, using a Canon 550D. The artist is hoping for the finished video to be submitted to a UK music channel, which only accepts submissions in DV CAM or MINI DV as PAL format.

What would be the best way to go about this? I use Vegas Pro 9, and I don't own any cameras that record onto tape at all.

Cut the video, then bring up your Vegas Capture program. There's a print to tape function in there. Borrow a DV camera, select the file, and away you go. Don't print to tape from withing Vegas. Takes forever!
