Output on PP1.5 using Canopus Procoder

Hi, I recently used the procoder wizard to output a short video from premiere. The image & sound came out fine but for some reason procoder will only render about half of the video, the rest just get cut off. I tried rendering it using premiere only and the video came out fine. Is there a particular setting on Procoder that I should check so this won't happen again in the future?
