output for web - settings

Hello, what are your settings for output from edius - to have a good looking but not so big file for a normal server (no streaming server).
I specially ask for quicktime, which I want to watch instandly (not download the hole file until the movie starts in the browser).

So, for example a 2 minute trailer shot in 720p, compress to about 30-40MB quicktime, what would be good settings?

I tried a little bit, but always had to load down the hole file before beginning to play in the browser.
So what are yout settings?
 
for Quicktime. H.264 would be the best option. Keep your sound quality down some. That will jack up the file size.

I did a 5 minute clip that was 640x360 rez and it was only like 50 megs. So you could eaisly get an h.264 in at 30 meg or under with h.264

Thank you Ramjet, but what are the settings for instantplay in the browserwindow, while in the background the file loads up?

I also used H.264, which sound compression do you use?
