Outdoor Scene, Night......Help

Hey guys....Im going to be shooting my first "real" (with a budget) short film in a month or two. Most of my film takes place outside at night. The main location is an old van in a parking lot at night. Im wondering how I should approach lighting this situation with a minimal amount of lights. What kind of gels should I use to color correct the lights so they are white...not blue or orange? I'll be shooting with my HVX200 (original) unless budget allows a RED rental or something. Anyone know of any good places I can go to find info on lighting narrative scenes at night? By the way...we have a generator so that's not an issue. I'm working on a really tight budget. We will be renting all of the lights. We will be getting two 4 bank arri light kits. I believe....we will have (x2) 1k (x2) 650 (x2) 300 (x2) 150. Is that going to be enough? I understand that on big budget pictures they use these big balloon lights...I don't have access to those though.
