I know this post is about as off topic as they come, but I had to share this gorgeous masterpiece with y'all.
In my spare time, I enjoy studying Japanese swords (nihonto) and armor. Anyway, I came across this specimen several days ago - a 900 year old Yasutsuna tachi from the Heian Period. Outside of the museums, it's pretty rare to see one of these swords available for sale. Needless to say, it doesn't get much better than this. Damn, I better start saving up my pennies. :'(
