Re: Oscar Noms & Winner Predictions

Hotel Rwanda will be nominated if it gets released before 2005.

Ray, also, seems like just the kind of movie Hollywood likes to pick for Best Picture.

Also, Kill Bill? I don't know if it's the Academy's type, but it's a possibility. At least for Carradine's acting and its cinematography.

Re: Oscar Noms & Winner Predictions

We should have like a crazy Oscar Poll with EVERY SINGLE CATEGORY. Everyone 'donates' something to the 'Pot'; no cash, maybe an old movie, book or videogame (thinking out loud) and the one who get the most right..

Wins.

Of course we have to wait for the nominations.

Re: Oscar Noms & Winner Predictions

stopped watching the Oscars since "boat trip" was passed over last year ;D

Would be cool if Kill Bill got some action. Hard to say if it will get considered since vol one was shunned.

We used to do that all the time. Oscars and Emmies. But with cash. :)

Last time I "played", though, was for the Emmies back in the last century. After not seeing US television in realtime for 5 years. So I just guessed.

And won, of course. :D
