Optimizing for Vimeo

I have been trying to optimize HD video from FCP through Compressor using these settings http://www.vimeo.com/2051588 however when I hit submit, it fails. What could I be doing wrong?

Why not ask on the vimeo video? The author seems rather helpful.

What do you mean by it fails? Does Compressor crash? Does it give you an error message?
Do you have the latest version of Compressor?
