Optical Slave Red Light Beater

Ok so I was driving pretty fast and drove the a red light right when it turned red. Then I saw 2 flashes behind me and I knew Im screwed.
So thinking back to Mythbusters, I want to beat the system.

Im attempting to construct a system in the back of car around the license plate an optical slave triggered flash so when this happens again, the authorities will have an over exposed license plate picture. what do you guys think?

I have a friend who works for the city transit.

He said they have to take a picture of the driver.
Without a face, anyone could have been driving that car, so there are no grounds to prove you get the ticket.

So his tip....
Hide your face when you go through the intersection.

Unless other States just take a picture of your rear plate.
But if it's behind you, I'd take a guess that maybe those flashes were for cars going the opposing direction?

Im thinking for a temporary fix, I'm gonna put ultra shiny rhinestones on some letters on numbers. ie: a G becomes a C if you block the right positions
