Hi everybody. I am looking for some not expensive stabilizer. It is going to work with my GH2 with 14-140 kit lens. I am going to use it mostly outdoor with no other equipment on the camera (sometimes maybe 160 Led light. I am thinking about Opteka Steadyvid EX. This is like $70 on amazon. The other option is Opteka Steadyvid Pro which is very similar to Merlin. and third option is Flycam Nano dslr. Last two are for about $180. Do you guys have any experience with some of them? Which one would you reccomend.

Hi, I've had pretty good results with Opteka SteadyVid Pro with my t3i, as well as with 7D. It should work well with GH2. Here's a sample video I shot last week.

As you can see, it's possible to get a pretty nice tracking shot. I still need to work on my technique a bit, but I'm slowly getting there. I haven't used the other stabilizers you mention, but I can recommend the SteadyVid Pro.
