:) Hi,
First question is:
In buying a used 100a, what is a decent amount of hours on the camera and what is an 'excessive' amount? For example is 250 hours a lot?

100a VS 100b, I know the technical differences but I wanted to know what the 'actual' users here thought of the differences, if there is even a big one?

Thanks!

for hours, i would really try to assert what type of user you are. In the past year, I've only put about 70 hours on my heads, so if i were to buy another dvx, maybe i could go for one with a couple extra hours on the heads to save money. This is totally hearsay, but i think about 1000 hours on the DVX heads is the limit before you need to get them replaced. Hopefully someone can chime in an affirm/correct me on that. So 250 doesn't seem "excessive", but it really depends on how those hours were put on the camera and how well it was treated.

First of all, I'm digging the Bill Hinzman avatar.

250 hours isn't a lot if the camera was treated well. That's the most important part.

I have an A. The only thing the B has that I really want is the ability to see an underscanned picture in the LCD/EVF. Otherwise, I'm a happy guy with my A.
