Opening FCP 5 project in FCP 4.5???

I'm trying to edit a project in FCP 4.5 that was created in FCP 5 but FCP 4.5 won't open it. Is there anyway to edit this project without an upgrade? Can we save it a certain way in FCP 5? It takes 2 WEEKS to get the upgrade. You can't just download them anymore!

HELP!
 
hey - do i just export the sequence i want to use as XML?
When I open the new project there are only a few frames and is says there was an error... and there is no audio... what am i doing wrong? could you walk me through the steps?? i am an idiot.
 
did you use XML 1, i think thats what its called, there are two versions right? an older and newer, use the older, which ever that is..
