Open FCP without opening new project...

hi there all. At work we are currently using a EditShare system with 3 new Mac Pros hooked into it. All three running FCS2 with AJA LHe cards.

With the Editshare storage system it also has a software based project sharing application called "Editshare Project Browser". When you open the "Editshare Project Browser" app it automatically opens up FCP for you. The problem is that you are opening the project browser to choose which project you want to work on but when it opens FCP for you FCP opens a new untitled project. So when you open the project you want to work on you have that project and a untitled project sitting there open.

This isn't neccasarilly a major problem but just an annoyence to have to close the untitled project everytime and say that you don't want to save it.

With that in mind. Does anyone know if you can tell FCP to not open a new untitled project when it is opened? I know you can tell it not to open the last project but nothing saying not to open a new untitled project. I avoided this problem when I worked solely on one computer by just using the finder as my browser and opening FCP by D-clicking the project in the Finder window.

Just wondering if maybe there is a scrpit or a terminal solution out there to avoid this happeing. Thanks for any replies!

Just a little bump just in case anyone has any thoughts.
I think I have to call Editshare direct.
