I've used this on a couple of occasions, it's great software. Normally I make DCPs direct off the export page in Resolve for premieres and screenings.
I'd also recommend AOMEI Partition Asistant: https://www.diskpart.com/free-partition-manager.html
And Ext2 Volume manager: http://www.ext2fsd.com/?page_id=16
Those programs should help if you need your DCP drive formatted in ext2. NTFS will work a lot of the time, but ext2 is a safer bet for compatibility.

In the full version of Resolve I have the option for Kakadu JPEG 2000. That's what I've used.
