I've got a new Tecra laptop, winxp pro and all the drivers from the hvx200 oem cd loaded along with the P2 viewer from the Panasonic website. I appear to be missing something though...I have a yellow exclamation point in device manager next to the panasonic dv driver when I try to use Onlocation with the 1394 port on the hvx200.
I've done all the usual uninstall-install-run without any services except windows services. Usb works fine...pc card loads in the pcmcia slot without issue. The cable is good...It works on my desktop machine (running Vista no less) with all the same installed software the laptop has. It's making me crazy.
The tech I reached at Panasonic today (800.524.1448) said he had never heard of Adobe Onlocation. Needless to say I still have the problem.
Has anybody had an issue like this?
