Online Video Training - How they do it?

[TuffGong]

www.lynda.com offers a number of online videos in their libraries.

I was wondering if anyone knows how they record the screen for one of the training sessions? Is it actualy a still camera, or is it something else?

Here is a direct link to an example:

How they do that?

Don't know for Mac...but PC uses program that captures your desktop and turns it into video file, so it's like an internal camera. The one I use is called aca screen recorder.
