Guys/Gals,
Need some advise: I am looking for to run some online competition. The contest will be of 2-3 mins video. In terms of uploading it and viewing afterwards by online viewers I know it should be kept as small size as possible, say less then 10 megs.
My question: what is the best format it should be? (please bear in mind: to prevent some viruses to be uploaded/spreaded; to be easy for most users to convert in; quality lossless if possible.) What is the modern solution of it right now?
(Please do not offer YouTubes as solution.)
Thanks in advance.
