Online Calendar

Hi everyone!

I've been looking for an online calendar with I can share with my usual contacts. Since I'm sharing my time with many contractors in the same week and need them to know when I'm busy or not. The classic Google Calendar is up there, but can we share it online like a link? I've found out a web site called Wrike. By the looks of it seems way more user friendly and easy to share, but it's not free.

So, does someone someone somewhere ever used this method to share your time with your contacts? Does anyone have tips about this? Because, I'm actually using emails to tell my contact about my availability many times by months.

You could create a 'calendar' spreadsheet in Google Docs (seems silly I know), which would give you the ability to create rows for individual times (say 15 or 30min increments) and columns for days or weeks, which could then easily be shaded to denote free/busy times and shared quickly with a link. I'm sure there are some templates out there you could snag so you wouldn't have to populate a form from scratch. I use this method to share schedules with my interns and it seems to work easily since anyone with the link can view the document.

Thanks adamrahn, I've never thought of that. Using Google Docs like an Excel document then share it with a link. I might consider this! Thanks!
