One Man Crew

Anybody know of anybody that's actually got their hands on a one man crew? I've yet to see an end user have one, and no rental houses I've seen do either. They have had "ships in 60 days" on their site since at least May (when I ordered mine). With "we are still tweaking features as we release", it sounds like they are stringing everybody along and haven't even started actual production yet. Not sure how you can start shipping them one month, and still tweaking features 1-2 months after.

Looks like a useful tool, if we can ever actually get it.

Here's a recent video of it in action. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7juLy0A98E

In my opinion it's too niche. It would only work in corporate situations. Kessler just came out with a system call the parallax that does the exact same thing. Kessler can also be use as a normal slider and timelapse mocco while the one man crew is a one trick pony.

"brought it to our studio to demo" in other words, they didn't acquire one.

Fully aware of what it is and what other options are out there. Simply trying to verify that they are stringing folks along on release date.
