I dunno Matt, there's quite a few vids out there showing similar results from pranks and airbags. Here's the first one I saw awhile ago:

That looked pretty real as far as acting goes.

I think there are more people on YouTube that would actually do something like this to a friend, laugh at it, tape it and put it online than there are FX wizards who can fake something like this.
 
I was basing my guess on 33 seconds in. Watch from 31 to 33. If that guy accelerated out of the frame that fast they probably would have snapped his spine... and he appears to get tossed a good 8'+ into the air before smacking down directly on his face on cement? He's a pretty tough drunk.

What do you think is more common? People with an NLE or people who have an airbag and the means/knowledge to set it off? :)

I was trying to read the bottle that guy is holding when he steps in to check on the guy... unless the last line of the vid is the sale... don't know. I don't trust this stuff too much at this point... FX are easily hidden within smudgy youtube video.
