One day INSYNC next day OUTSYNC

Hello all,
I'm super confused as to how and why all my audio is off by a few frames. :kali:
I have fcp 4.5 and shot my doc 24pa w/ a dvx100.
Yesterday, the day before, and the day before that day, and all the rest of the days I've been working on this project everything synced up. Even earlier today it was insync.
Now suddenly all my audio is off by a few frames, captured footage in the viewer is off along w/ the audio in the timeline.
Every single piece of footage that has been captured is out of sync w/ its audio.

And then my friends we're back insync and I have no idea why

make sure you disconnect your camera before testing the sync.

you might also try deleting the render files - sometimes FCP gets confused with too many render files floating around.
