on-line theater script resource?

Does anyone know of an online script resource where I can view and read one acts and full length plays? I know Drew's Script-o-Rama has been around for years and it's a great resource for screenplays but I'm looking for transcripts of theater scripts. I'm trying to put together a project and I'm trying to select the proper piece and that's gonna require a heck of a lot of research and tracking them down via library will take forever. Especially in my town.

PS I should clarify that this project is on the level. Once I find what I am looking for, I'd follow the proper channels to purchase copies and obtain production rights, etc.

I found this site, Play scripts online from Proplay. It looks like there are a lot of plays there but I didn't really take the time to look it over.
