On-camera shotgun mic mount

Could someone point me in the right direction to get a mount such as this one for my DVX100A? I've found when I use the stock mount on the camera, the mic is in my shot sometimes. I'm using the Senn. ME66-K6.

All kinds of shockmounts available at B&H. Personally, I've been using and can highly recommend the Audio-Technica AT8415 with the upgraded/deluxe suspenders. I've been using it for the past couple weeks, dodging careening snowboarders with nary a rattle in my audio.
