just a simple question about the mic mount for the DVX-100 ...
the standard mic mount the camera has installed does not give enough room to mount my sennheiser MKE-44P stereo mic. i do have a shock mount the same size as one that would be mounted to a boompole, except for a hotshoe attachmenton the bottom (which will work in a pinch), but this mount seems excessively large and makes the camera a bit bulky and awkward to compose with.
do any of you kind souls have an alternative option to this standard size shock mount that may be a little smaller and easier to mount on camera? thanks!
