On-Camera Lighting

What sort of on-camera light would you recommend for use at a wedding? I was just wondering if there were certain kits available that don't give that harsh "Cheaters" effect. I am new to lighting equipment so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Almost anything you put on the camera will make people want to run away from you, so I'd look for something large and soft like this:

I do weddings too. I have tried several on-camera lights until I found the Comer LED lights at NAB. They work great too. I'll post some video soon.
