On-camera lighting for a nightclub?

I have a pansonic hmc150. I'm going to be filming an event which takes place at a nightclub in Atlantic City. Obviously it will be dark, and I'm trying to pick out a good on-camera lighting solution from BH.

Any suggestions fellow dvxusers? Looking to spend under 350 if possible.
 
Just spend 10 bucks on an LED camcorder light. (ebay is yer buddy) Gel it with amber to tone down the blue then as your battery dims, you can remove it.
Brighter lights make folks squint in bars, making every shot unusable. You want to be invisible and you just need enough light to have handles on it in post.
 
I've been using a LitePanel Micro for my club shots and it works amazing! Its dimmable, comes with filters and runs long off of AA batteries. I picked it up for $300.
