On camera light

Looking to pickup a small, but efficient, light to mount on the hot shoe of my HPX.
What's everyone using these days? I hear a lot about LED's...

Anything that would be adjustable as far as illumination would be a plus. Probably around 150w
would suffice. I have a couple of light kits, just looking for something portable for
the run and gun stuff.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

VidLEDs get my vote. Tough. Nice, consistent output. Easily mounted to the camera or a noga arm for versatility. My only problem is I have too many of them, which is why I'm selling some in the marketplace.

I've used them for everything from interviews to events, and they really are nice lights, with plenty of options for power (battery, AC, HVX/DVX battery plate).
