I'm about to sell my small HD DP4 4.3" On-Camera LCD Field Monitor and EVF Package.
I'd like to replace it with a 7 inch for lighting and the client.

Recommendations?
What should I ask for the DP4 and EVF kit?

Thanks,

I have no idea what the DP4/EVF is worth.

My recommendation for a 7" on-cam monitor is the smallHD DP7PRO OLED. I love it.

EVF…? I've been using the Alphatron since just after getting my C300 a few years ago, but I bough the Zacuto Graticle and received one of the first ones. Until a few weeks ago, I probably would have said go for the Graticle if the price doesn't offend you too much. But after shooting with it a few times on real shoots, now, the focus assist/peaking SUCKS and makes it harder to focus than without it. The image/color is good and it's completely capable of producing a sharp image(on screen display of cam generated display info proves that), but I think it needs at least one to two more firmware updates before I can give it two thumbs up. I knew the focus assist/peaking of the Graticle was bad after my first shoot, but didn't realize how good it COULD and SHOULD be until I got my F55 with OLED VF earlier this week. Zacuto needs to take notes on how to implement peaking/focus assist. The Alpha is good for the money and a little more versatile than the Graticle, because you can flip the diopter out of the way and have direct view of a 3.5" screen which is good for low angle shooting or if you need to step back from the cam for a bit, like during a sit-down.

The Odyssey7 has a 7.7" OLED screen that offers true blacks and accurate colors. There are a host of exposure tools such as false color, waveform and zebras, plus a pixel zoom and focus assist. It is an excellent monitor for judging lighting and exposure. And at US$1295, it also includes an Apple ProRes recorder should you ever want that as well.
