On board camera?

i like the NRG MITE-LITE because its pretty much bomb proof.. usually on board lights are used in really crappy conditions so its good to have something you can drive over.
 
I see the Mite-lite comes with a 4 pin XLR connector. Does that go into the dvx100a audio ports?
Mite-lite is more affordable for me. Is that the best deal under $150?

Yeah, I did check out the link, thanks pookie.
I just thought maybe "phd" might be able to give us some feedback based on his personal experience... you know, "nice throw on the light, good battery life, ease of use, adequate light source?..."
 
PAG-light with 20 w lamp gives a good light also in a very dark room. I use it outdoors to with filters.
You can use it with another lamps at 3200 K. It´s easy to change the lamp
The battery will provide two and a quarter hours of run-time with a 20W lamp ad it gives that time and little more. When i use a tripod i hang the battery on it.
I was surprised over at the lamhouse never will be so hoot.
