Cheap? Yes.
Good and cheap? Nope (at least not yet anyhow).
Check out the Marshall or Varizoom 7" models, both in the "greater than a grand" price range.
My comments are based on the assumption that you want to both frame/compose your shot AND use the monitor as a focusing aid.
