Just saw the movie Oliver Twist by Polansky. The lighting will suck the breath right out of your lungs. I've been lighting stills professionally for over 20 years, and it makes me want to dig a big hole and bury myself alive while screaming "I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy!". A MUST see for filmakers- each frame could be a beautiful still shot.

Yeah, I read the ASC Mag and I really look forward to seeing it when it comes out. That was some impressive cinematography. I tried to see the trailer but the images from the apple tailers website are totally off. Too much contratst...

Anyway, this is probably going to be in the oscar.
