Okay, I'm not too up with film lingo, so bear with me...
In older-style movies, (those western era ones, with the corny piano music) you tend to find the speed is really quite odd... almost like stopmotion, but not quite.
How do you achieve this look in a film? I'm posting this in this thread, because I used Premier Pro CS3, and I thought that it may have had something to do with the post-production of the film, but, perhaps, it has something to do with the frame rate at which you film?

Entering a another short film contest, and am thinking about doing something a little different.
