Hi people,
Back in 2003 I had a very basic little handy cam and was obsessed with motorcycles. I wanted to make a doco on riding but to be honest I really didn't know how or what to do. I interviewed my friends but as you can see I knew very little about framing or audio or even asking decent questions. I actually recorded interviews or overlay then rewound to show friends only to then record over what had just been rewound with out thinking. Very dumb
Anyway because I didn't know what I was doing the footage was left untouched and the project unfinished on my hard drive for the last 11 years. Recently I decided to see what was usable and put together at least something from it as I have had a few friends lost to motorcycle accidents.
So here it is, The Ride:
Feel free to let me know what you think. I like it and I am really happy to have found something cool in something I shot so long ago and had thought was all useless footage.
