Sweet. Thanks, Jeremy. What's all the jazz about the Chinese vs the Russian make? Something to be concerned about? I'm assuming that this sound-room mic would be the newer Russian assembly...

If you do any looking on this site regarding the Oktava you will see that Paul at the Sound-Room is THE place to go.

You will get the right mike. Don't even bother looking any place else. There are tons of posts on this site about the Chinese Russian issue. If you want to know you can search here for it or you can use your time better doing something else and just get the mike from Paul and have no worries.
