Oktava MK012 vs. AKG CK93 performance question

I've been reading alot and listening to various samples about the Oktava MK012 and the AKG CK93. Purchased the Sound for Film and Television dvd last month and learned alot from it.

Basically, for about 400 dollars I can get the oktava + BBG + shockmount or the AKG CK93 and shockmount.

I've heard from some that since the Oktava is more expensive now it's no longer the "slam dunk" it used to be.

Would it be better then to purchase the AKG instead of the Oktava?

Would I need a BBG for the AKG? I know it is necessary for the Oktava.

Also, do i need a windjammer for indoor use of the Oktava?

This mic will be only for interior dialogue. I have a shotgun for outdoor use.

You'll want a BBG on both.

I haven't had experience with them, but when I was looking for an interior mic a while back for a production, a primary concern I came across between the two was the the AKG was less susceptible to handling noise than the Oktava was. I haven't confirmed this personally though.

IMO Go AKG all the way. I have the CK93 and have shot 3 lo budget features with it as the olny mic. All you need for indoors is the supplied foam screen. It will have a bit less handling noise than the Oktava and it also has lo-cut which helps too. The Oktava sounds great but I found the AKG better and better suited for boom use.
