Even though I've never had a problem with interference I agree with Oleg that it's way better to plan for a problem rather then be surprised by it... just this summer I've started working in some pretty serious situations and as I said, no problems with the Musilux... BUT this is the first time I've been on sets where there are power cords thick as bratwursts everywhere! When you're gazing across a set that's got a half million $ in gear set up... and the sound is on YOUR shoulders EXCLUSIVELY... you better be sure the chance of a problem is zero... or at the very least have a plan B ready to go.
I doubt most of the guys on here are working around Varicams, Fisher dollies, and 50K watts of lighting... but if you are, I don't see anything wrong with playing it safe and using StarQuad.
So far no problems for me either way... but playing it safe never hurt anybody.
