Hey again,

I know I posted this footage before and a few of you guys said that the wierdness was just from fast movement, but I dont think thats it. This is a better res file that you can hopefully see what I am talking about, there is kind of a trail effect on the motion, especially in the last two shots. It will help if you enlarge the playing window a little and hopefully you can see it. I put a magic bullet effect on it to cover it up a little bit, but it's still killing me. Maybe someone knows whats up here.

here is the link:

check it out, let me know what you think.

Are you talking about when the guys grab hands at the very end? I dont see anything abnormal, just looks like a flare blur or something which is what you actually see in real life when moving your hands fast anyway. Is that not what you are talking about?

What did you shoot on and in what mode (24p, 60i, etc.)? Is your timeline set to the same mode as what you shot in? Do you have any motion blur enabled?

its shot in 24pn and yes, the timeline is a 24p timeline. it's really wierd. also, if I render it out to a new track it gets worse. hmmm

I still think it's the camera movement.

But just in case, check your project properties -- is any deinterlace method chosen?

There's no need to deinterlace progressive footage. As a side note, just play back the raw footage in a media player and see if the raw footage does the same thing. If it does, it's settings in your camera. If it doesn't, it's settings in Vegas.
