Ok, I know I'm not the brightest bulb in the bunch, but......

Doing a website is making me pull all my hair out. Using GoDaddy, and one of their templates.

"Oh, yeah, GoDaddy is easy, it's all point and click". My *&?%^ it is! It freezes all the time, and I have to restart the process. Then I get kicked off the site, and have to re-log in. (multiple times!)

And I bought a premium package too. EERRRRR!

www.indie-arms.com, if anyone wants to see what I have so far. I am definitely not a web-designer.

It looks fine as a start. At least to me. Eventually you'll either want to learn more and improve it or make friends with someone who can, but you have the required information with no glaring issues.

Your menu and your top image for each page are slightly different heights, which makes them meet in an awkward jag. And the page category header is BELOW the image, which emphasizes this mismatch. Better to align them and put the category header outside. I tried lining it up with the category up top but it didn't look right with the long colored strip.

Here's a quick mockup, but also you should think about killing the title strip and incorporating the header into the images.

You should definitely plan on fixing the big text blocks on some of your pages. Many visitors literally don't read things that long, EVEN WHEN they are looking for this specific info and comparison shopping. They should be divided horizontally into 2-3 columns and individual info blocks with images or pullquotes.

LOL, I sure do Mark. And believe me, I am not planning on doing web design for anyone else. This is a just something I can have up until I get someone to help me with the design. The biggest thing was getting the hosting and domain names. And I couldn't just leave it blank. Now to deal with the email stuff and links.

Kyotonlis, interesting points. I will definitely look at what you are saying. But the bullet holes....I will pass on them, just not the feel I am going for. I see that and I see cliche, and a cartoonish look/feel, which is not what I am going for. I am going for clean and professional (emphasis here). I need to load up a bunch more "action" shots I have to give it more color.
