I'm sitting here with two monitors now. AcerView 77e (17") and MicroScan ADI MPRII or something (15"), it sucks. The Acerview is getting reddish tint in everything, and the MicroScan is having a greenish tint, I THINK.
I can never really find out if both monitors are defect, or if one has a reddish or the other one has a greenish tint to everything. Both connectors are fine, no pins missing. I've tried to color correct both of them to match them, but with no real luck.
So it looks like I need a new monitor or two, the ones I have here are really old CRTs now. Would an LCD be fine for me? Do they last longer before they get in trouble with colors and stuff?
This stuff really frustrates me, and I don't have too much money to buy new monitors for. Any advice?
