Ok guys I'm kinda in a pickle, I'll try to explain. I made a feature back in 2000(It's really bad. LOL) So when I was working on "Fun With Dick and Jane" last summer I became friends with one of the Producers that worked for Columbia Pictures and showed it to her as a joke ! You know kinda like funny funny ha ha look how bad this is.......well.....she liked it. WHAT? "It has a lot of potential" she said. So to make a long story short, I did three re-writes and they liked it. Now I have to do one scene and a trailer for them and present the whole package to them at the end of March. If they like it...they will do it, if not I have a few smaller offers. Ok heres where it gets complicated. I have put all the money I have into this trailer and with insurance and all the equipment rental I have to finish the rest of the shoot on two shoot dates (February 11 and 18). I originally prepped for three. I RAN OUT OF MONEY. Anyway I am praying to god that I can find a DVX100A owner that would love to come out to the shoot and be my B camera operator. We are doing night shoots with some really cool FX. Almost Human Effects company is doing all the special effects(they did "Buffy the Vampire Slayer and other features as well") The whole crew has volunteered and are the best. I am providing crafty and catering for everyone and could even provide transportation for anyone who would love to help me out. I told the whole crew that when this feature gets picked up I will keep everyone on the project with paying jobs, but I have to finish the shoot so we can get it picked up. So if anyone is in the LA area and can help me out It would be great. LETS GET THE LITTLE DVX TO THE BIG SCREEN !
