Odyssey polarity?

What I'd like to know is, can the O7Q accept both straight and reverse polarity, or does it have a preference?
Shooting on an Amira tomorrow and would be convenient to power off the D tap connection.

Found this in the user manual:

Page 2:
When powering the Odyssey7 from an ARRI ALEXA camera, we recommend using the 24V R/S Fischer-3 output from the ALEXA using the optional Convergent Design cable.

On page 5:
DC Power Input - 6.5 to 34 VDC with built-in reverse polarity protection; locking power connector, built-in power switch

You can use either D-Tap or Fischer-3 cables. We make both.

If you reverse polarity into Odyssey it will just sit there. It won't power up but it won't fry itself either (unlike some other devices I know).
