NYFA 8 week workshop

hello people,

i've got a small question regarding the NYFA 8 week workshop, i'm living right now in switzerland and made a 2 years SAE- Digital Film and Animation school...

now im planing to go for about 3 Months to the NYFA in L.A. my question would be do you know that school? do you think ill be worth it?
I mean allready because of the english i think ill be worth and also cose of the 16mm short movie that we could make...

or do you know a better school than that one?

You coming from Switzerland Hummm ... No worth it.
If you do... then take 4 weeks workshop and save money and time.
Same 4 weeks workshop + 4 weeks Shoot (after finishing 4 weeks) = 8 weeks workshop.
Get some DVD course. It will help you much better than 8 weeks workshop at NYFA.
In my opinion! NYFA is definitely not recommended to any 1 compare to DVD classes.
 
Hi, thanks for your feedback, what kind of DVD would you recommend? I mean it s not just to learn some little things, actually I have allready a lot of experience, made a short movie, some spots, music video clip---

but i never work on film...so i think that would be one of the good points of going there.
2. i would be in L.A. for 3 months doing what i want the most...and getting some contacts to other people in the usa...

i mean this off course would be a dream come true to go there...but from the other schools ive been seeing I think the NYFA would be the best...but yeah,.,...
