NUKE question

I've been trying to get used to the NUKE compositing software. I finally figured out how to render a video, but I notice that after the render, the video is a shade darker than the original. Does anyone know how to remedy this? Thanks.

what format was used for for input and output ?

what settings did you use ?

what did you do in nuke?

how are you determining that the video is "darker" ?

Most people don't use "video" in nuke, they use images for import and export like 16-bit tiff or openexr
