NTSC to PAL

I have a problem and I need your help.

I shot a short film using the JVC 111 HD camera. I live in Europe and all the post production has to be done with PAL hardware. The thing is the camera is either baught elsewhere or can work in both PAL and NTSC. So everything was shot in NTSC. Now I have difficulty transfering the material from the tapes to a computer.
Do you know how can this happen? And what do I have to do to convert it to PAL?

I am not sure this is the correct forum, but I am panicking and I think here you can help me.

You should be able to capture and edit in NTSC since computers are not bound to being NTSC or Pal. What problems are you having capturing?

If you want to convert NTSC to PAL you can use a software like DVFilm Atlantis.

Thank you very much for your reply.
It seems that having captured in 24p, makes it hard for the 2 machines that were used to play them back. The only way that seems to be possible is to play them with the camera used and capture them by connecting it to the computer.
