I have a NTSC video that i need so submit for a uk festival but they want it in PAL,
I know i have done this before without any problems but when ever i use the video in DVD studio pro that i exported from FCP as a PAL dvd, I'm getting lots of skipping and jerky motion.
Do i jut want to render out of FCP as PAL from a NTSC sequence or set my sequence as PAL then export as PAL,
