NTSC to Pal conversion in vegas 6

Hey guys,

I searched with a few keywords and didnt find any good explanations. I was wondering the best way to convert a 24p NTSC AVI (with 2-3 pulldown) to a PAL dvd. I have Vegas 6, DVD Architect 2 and Sorenson squeeze. As usual,any help is appreciated.

Simply open a new project, set the properties to PAL/DV, and drop your project on the timeline. Vegas will correctly output it.
Realize that you'll suffer a little loss going from NTSC to PAL. PAL to NTSC is slightly easier, but not by much, because while you're working with a greater resolution, you're also increasing the number of frames by 5.NTSC starts with lower resolution, but you're resamplign to new frames.
