Okay, new one for me here. I captured some footage this morning using the "capture tape" function in vegas 4.0
As the program was about 40 min long, vegas captured and split the tape into segments...just like every other time I've done this...except! For some reason, the first segment is captured as PAL while all the other clips are NTSC. THe timecode logged for this clip is also incorrect.
Of course, because vegas is convinced that this file is pal, it won't play properly in my NTSC timeline.
All the footage is free run of a conference, shot on an NTSC DV cam...so it's impossible that the footage is PAL.
Is there any way to force vegas to see this clip as NTSC, or do I just have to recapture it as best I can (since the timecode is also incorrect)?
Any help is appreciated.
