I have a video clip in NTSC (shot with the HVX 720p/24Pn) and need to make a master in PAL Betacam SP with all the broadcast requirements (color safe, audio peek, etc.). If you have any advice on what workflow we need to take, it'd be really appreciated? Should I do a master in NTSC with all the broadcast requirements first and convert the entire tape to PAL? Or should I convert the clip to PAL first?
If it is too complicated, do you know of any post production house in LA that will take care of this and how much it would cost? Please advice.
