Im planning to buy a shotgun mic just for shortmovies, exterior and interiors locations, just for that.

I think that Rode have 6 db S/N more than AT 815B , but At815B is longer and reject better the noise from sides . I´d working it , I think is very well , so if somebody have experienced whit anyone please give me your opinion.
The AT 8035 is a very good option too , 72 db S/N and a good long size , sorry for my bad english , thanks a lot.
