Hello all, I'm researching buying an onboard mic for low light situations at wedding receptions and wondering if anyone has used any of the NRG lights found here: http://www.nrgresearch.com I'm pretty ignorant on lights, so any help is appreciated in terms of connections, external batteries, etc. Thanks a jillion!

Probably the one that applies the most to miniDV cameras is the 50354 Mite lite, coupled with your choice of a 4-pin XLR battery belt of the proper budget.
