I have many mpeg4 videos, and need to cut off the last 8 seconds of my advertisement off for a client.
Instead of going back and re-rendering all these videos, is there a way or program to cut something off, and not recompress or affect the quality and compression of my Mpeg4 videos?
Because if I go into Vegas or Premiere, slice off the end, then I need to export as a Mpeg4 "again" and this just adds another level of compression which I feel make my videos not as sharp.
